Title: Customer Service Leasing Specialist – Seattle Region

Compensation: $51,000 – $55,000 annually + Commission and Excellent Benefits and perks

Our client, a leading national property management company, is growing their Seattle-based contact center and is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team full-time.

This is a high-impact role that blends the fast pace of a call center with the relationship-building of leasing. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective renters and current residents—answering questions, scheduling tours, and supporting the full leasing experience.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incoming calls and chats from prospective renters and convert inquiries into tours and leases
• Conduct virtual tours with energy and enthusiasm
• Become an expert on over 300+ properties and their features
• Assist residents with move-in/move-out details, account inquiries, and light maintenance issues
• Accurately document all guest and resident interactions in the CRM system (Yardi a plus)
• Mentor new team members and help maintain a high standard of customer care
• Handle escalated service concerns professionally and efficiently
