We cater to both retail and wholesale markets, providing a range of bagel products and superior tasting pastries and muffins. Our Kosher bagels are preservative-free and delivered fresh daily within the NYC tri-state area via our distribution system. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in North Bergen, NJ. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include interacting with customers via phone, email, or in-person, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in the bakery or food industry is advantageous
