What You’ll Get To Do

The Customer Service Manager is focused on providing ongoing development and product training and reports to the Regional Customer Service Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who hands on, leader, with great communication skills . A vital member of the Customer Service Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, adhere to customer service policies and procedures
• Be responsive to customer inquiries and orders.
• Investigate, track, and solve customer problems.
• Provide advice and assistance to staff and customers regarding products and services of the organization.
• Participate in educational opportunities, internally and externally, to enhance knowledge of the product
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of architectural glass industry preferred
• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous management or supervision experience.
• Positive demeanor and professional interaction with internal and external customers.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
  
  

Salary range: $77,000 - $96,800
