Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Tacoma, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule & Pay:

  • 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18.00/hr

  • 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $19.00/hr

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Load and unload containers and trailers

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

  • Assemble products as needed

  • Use handheld scanners to track inventory

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Secure items with pallets, straps, etc.

  • Perform tasks like walking, bending, standing, and lifting (up to 40 lbs)

  • Complete basic paperwork and reports

  • Follow safety rules and support your team

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 18 years old

  • 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable and on time

  • Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts

  • A team player with a good attitude
