In this TEMP-TO-HIRE role, the Warehouse Associate will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and maintain the general organization of the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders according to schedule using RF Scanner; process requests and supply orders; pull materials; pack boxes; place orders in delivery area.
  • Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.
  • Records, reports, and returns defective items.
  • Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Communicate efficiently with our clients and provide customer service whenever needed.
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  • Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient with inventory control systems.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Forklift certification a plus


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
  • Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
