Shipping Warehouse Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for packing, staging, and maintaining inventory control, all while adhering to company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Pack finished products for shipment.
- Keep accurate inventory of materials.
- Stage large finished cabinets for delivery.
- Follow company standards and procedures.
- Assist technicians as needed.
- Utilize basic hand tools and material handling equipment.
- Perform quality control and assurance checks.
- Prepare freight for shipping.
- Print and apply labels using computer skills.
- Conduct product labeling, ensuring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Execute other general warehouse tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience with inventory management, preferably with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with material handling and forklift operation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items against packing slips.
- Capability to process receipts in an MRP system.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Freight preparation experience, including crating and palletizing.
- Physical ability to traverse the warehouse, access storage spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with labeling software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr.
