Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations, including receiving freight, checking for damages or shortages, distributing materials, filling orders, and maintaining inventory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming freight.
  • Distribute materials to proper locations.
  • Filling special orders and backorders as received.
  • Follow up on discrepancies, damages, shortages with relevant departments or vendors.
  • Check, pack, and prepare materials for delivery.
  • Coordinate deliveries and maintain shipping equipment and work area.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment safety and cleanliness.
  • Support warehouse operations and communicate inventory issues.

Qualifications

  • Preferred two years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with warehouse distribution, forklift operation, electrical products is a plus.
  • Must meet driving criteria if applicable: at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license, medical certification.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Internet, email, SAP is a plus.
