Overview

Location: Doral, Florida, USA. Employment type: Full-Time. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading of products, and inventory control using warehouse equipment state-of-the-art technology. The ultimate goal is to procure, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
• Verify all items received against items ordered for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance.
• Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device.
• Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customer traffic.
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one’s regular job duties.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of Warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. This position may require working extra hours on occasion.
