Overview

Warehouse Associate responsible for day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including loading, unloading of products, order verification, inventory control, and use of warehouse equipment and technology to procure, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
• Verify all items received against items ordered for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance.
• Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device.
• Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customer traffic.
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one’s regular job duties.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. This position may require working extra hours on occasion.

Physical Demands

Demand frequency and lifting requirements include: Sedentary to heavy lifting across various weights; constant standing, walking, reaching, and operating warehouse equipment; occasional climbing and desk/computer use.
