Overview
Join Admix as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you'll fulfill and process orders, manage incoming shipments, assist with kitting, and ensure the efficient delivery of materials to various departments. You'll oversee the general organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. We're looking for someone who can lift up to 50 pounds, work quickly and efficiently, and has strong computer skills for inventory management.
Position: Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Schedule: 1st shift – 7:00 AM. 9/80 schedule (two-workweek schedule of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one day off).

Responsibilities
- Physical loading and unloading of product in varying sizes and weights using a pallet jack and forklift
- Receive all incoming goods and materials
- Transport items and/or equipment to appropriate locations
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers in loading vehicles
- Assist with building a variety of crates and pallets to ship our equipment using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Pack equipment on pallets or in crates using best practices to prevent damage during shipment
- Assist with kitting, packing parts, and inventory control
- Operate power equipment, including forklifts, pallet handlers, and hand trucks
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
- Perform weekly maintenance and inspection of the Crate Room
- Monitor and remove manufacturing chip waste, recycling containers, and other waste receptacles in Operations to support safety and productivity
- Process information within the ERP system
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to work extended hours during peak shipping and production periods
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic - dedicated to getting the job done quickly and efficiently
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (we offer training)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- General carpentry skills required, including the use of equipment using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and digital calipers
- Ability to use overhead crane to assist in moving raw materials and goods
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying
- Must have a strong can-do attitude with a knack for accuracy and efficiency as well as being a team player
