Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by performing a range of tasks including receiving, organizing, and shipping materials. This role ensures all inventory is handled with accuracy, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for outbound orders.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and company vans.
• Accurately label, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, including trash removal and sweeping.
• Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred (must be willing to frequently mount/dismount).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., inventory systems or order entry).
• Comfortable performing basic math for counts and verifications.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
• Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or other equipment.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a warehouse setting and may include exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
• May require working around dust, noise, and other standard warehouse conditions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
