As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Chick-fil-A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Chick-fil-A Supply is a distribution service provider focused entirely on serving the unique needs of Chick-fil-A restaurants. We are in the early stages of development and is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to Restaurants across the nation and we\'re looking for the best Team Members in our industry!

Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM until the work is done.

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Location: 13965 Riverport Place, Maryland Heights, MO 63043

Pay: Starting at $20.75+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and Organization: You\'ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
• Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Lifting: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; may move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse and/or material handling experience is preferred but not required; prior work in food distribution is a plus.
