Responsibilities

• Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:
  
  
  
  • Small Pack
    
    
    
    • Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
    
    
    • Audit orders for accuracy
    
    
    • Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping
    
    
    • Fulfill the order in the ERP
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • Receiving & Inventory
    
    
    
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization
    
    
    • Perform quality checks on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship
    
    
    • Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO
    
    
    • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • LTL
    
    
    
    • Follow standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL
    
    
    • Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments; prepare items for shipment
    
    
    • Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Other duties as assigned as part of a growing team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical requirements: Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs; constant movement and use of limbs; ability to perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting


• Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.)


• Cross-training: team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise; training begins in Small Pack and continues until product knowledge is sufficient


• Safety: All team members must adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times
