Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Memphis, TN for a full-time permanent role with a fantastic organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Shipping and Receiving, Order Fulfillment, and Inventory Management, including stocking and replenishing. This role is with a manufacturing company, and a forklift certification is preferred.

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Stocking: Unload, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments. Verify shipments against packing lists and purchase orders, and update the warehouse management system, Infor SXe. Store products in designated areas.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards for quality and timeliness. Ensure proper labeling and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels. Identify and report discrepancies.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Prepare and package products for shipment, including small parcels and LTL. Coordinate with shipping providers for timely pickup and daily deliveries.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors, branch managers, inside sales, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an industrial distribution warehouse or logistics role. Training will be provided to ensure success.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to learn our inventory management software, Infor SXe.
  • Aptitude: Good mechanical and engineering understanding related to our products and services.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Work Ethic: Punctuality, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
