Currently, we are searching for a Warehouse Associate for a well-established manufacturing & distribution company in the Lenoir, NC area. This is a full-time, hourly position (approx. 7:00am - 4:00pm) focused on various manufacturing duties and warehouse tasks. The company has strong leadership and a commitment to quality, with long-standing roots in the community and a close-knit team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with incoming shipments and reviewing content for accuracy.
• Labeling, packaging, and organizing outgoing shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Support manufacturing operations including tool prep, grinding, EDM, dressing, and quality control
• Some light assembly of suction pods and fixtures

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to use measuring tools (calipers, meters)
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Able to stand, lift, and work hands-on for prolonged periods throughout the day
• Forklift experience preferred
• Machine shop/manufacturing experience preferred

COMPENSATION

• Hourly Pay: $15-$22/hour based on experience
