The Reserves Network Inc is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Houston

· Competitive Pay of $18.00 per hour, plus additional compensation
· Schedule: Day – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Support Services I role is responsible for managing donation pickups, setting up for meetings and events, and distributing donations. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across the warehouse and facilities. Duties include general building maintenance, assisting with security, and handling mail room operations. You'll be a vital part of the support staff, working with volunteers, staff, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

· Operate and maintain warehouse and storage facilities, including sorting and packaging donations
· Pick up donations and complete deliveries to other agency locations and clients
· Assist with setup for meetings and special events; receive and log incoming donations
· Oversee basic maintenance of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and agency box truck
· Support building security and perform inventory checks as scheduled

· High School Diploma or GED
· One (1) year of experience in building or maintenance services
· Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation
· Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of employment
· Ability to work in a trauma-informed, mission-driven environment

The base pay range for this position is $18.00 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
