OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler.

Responsibilities

Must-Haves

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Additional Requirements

• Be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Shifts

• Thursday - Monday 12:30am – End of Sort (around 6-7am)
• Tuesday - Saturday 12:30am – End of Sort (around 6-7am)

Weekends are mandatory. End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Hours vary based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate starting at $18.00/hr (weekly pay)

Referral Program Details

Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide). Payout: $250 on the next paycheck after the 45-day tenure for the referred candidate, and $250 on the next paycheck after the 90-day tenure. Eligibility: referrals that start between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
