About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a senior representative in the music and live events industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the inner workings of concert booking and artist representation, and who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support, including heavy phone/email communication

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements

Maintain and track essential documents such as contracts, deposits, ticket counts, and routing details

Draft professional correspondence and support special projects as needed

Ensure accurate reporting and timely expense submissions

Act as a liaison between artists, management teams, and internal departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ year of administrative experience supporting an executive or high-level professional

Prior experience in the music, entertainment, or live events industry is highly desirable

Familiarity with artist booking, touring logistics, or agency work is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

Technically proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

Compensation & Perks:

Hourly pay: $20.00–$22.00
