Responsibilities Manage and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously, from quick-turn initiatives to long-term campaigns. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with leadership on resource planning and project prioritization. Align campaign objectives with business metrics, adapting strategies based on analytics and feedback. Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Support the development and improvement of project management processes and marketing workflows. Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, brand management, advertising, or promotions. Experience in entertainment, media, or multicultural marketing is preferred. Proven ability to implement marketing strategies based on data and analytics. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with creative/CRM/project management tools (Photoshop, Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
