Administrative Assistant
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and additional leadership team.
Serve as backup to the EA in managing CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and internal coordination.
Assist with document preparation, meeting scheduling, and internal communications.
Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as required.
Manage incoming correspondence and calls professionally and efficiently.
Maintain filing systems (digital and paper), shared drives, and office organization.
Support event planning and logistics for internal team events or client-facing engagements.
Perform other general office administration tasks as needed.

Must have 3+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to commit to a contract from August 2025 to January 2026.
In-office schedule: Monday & Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:30pm (hours may vary past 6:30pm on these days), Friday: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (2 Fridays per month can be remote/WFH).
Eligibility for benefits through Michael Page.
Short-term assignment for a candidate who is looking to get back to work!
Overtime eligibility + 2 WFH Fridays per month.
