Administrative Assistant – Renton, WA (Short-Term Temp)

Pay Rate: $23–24/hr
Assignment Length: 3 months, full-time, on-site

Overview:
We are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support office operations in Renton. This position will provide essential clerical and scheduling support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meeting logistics

  • Draft letters, memos, and basic reports

  • Maintain accurate records and update tracking spreadsheets

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

  • Provide support with filing, copying, scanning, and general office upkeep

  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative or office assistant experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle shifting priorities



Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
