Pay Rate: $23–24/hr
Assignment Length: 3 months, full-time, on-site
Overview:
We are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support office operations in Renton. This position will provide essential clerical and scheduling support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meeting logistics
Draft letters, memos, and basic reports
Maintain accurate records and update tracking spreadsheets
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Provide support with filing, copying, scanning, and general office upkeep
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or office assistant experience preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt quickly and handle shifting priorities
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
