Administrative Assistant (3-Month Temp)

Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $24 – $28/hour

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support for our Seattle office. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line administrative support to internal teams

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Greet visitors and support general office operations

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently



Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
