We have a full-time Administrative Assistant – Office Clerical opportunity based onsite in Cerritos. This role is Monday–Friday and will start as a temporary assignment with the potential to convert to temp-to-hire.


Responsibilities

  1. Enter invoices into SAP and process payouts.
  2. Support day-to-day clerical and administrative functions for the office.
  3. Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence as needed.
  5. Provide general support to office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  6. Pick up and assist with additional office tasks as required.


  1. Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  2. Experience with SAP (invoice entry and payout functions) required.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work onsite full time in Cerritos.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
