Robert Half is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to a local and growing organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain office records, files, and documents (electronic and physical).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, while promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, often across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other office documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Support event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team and leadership.


Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support or similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with [specific tools: QuickBooks, SalesForce, Google Workspace, etc.] is a plus.
