Administrative Assistant – Bellevue, WA (Short-Term Temp)

Pay Rate: $23–24/hr
Assignment Length: 2–3 months, full-time, on-site

Overview:
A temporary Administrative Assistant is needed in Bellevue to provide general office and clerical support. The role requires a proactive individual who can keep daily operations running smoothly and support multiple team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate internal meetings

  • Draft and edit documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence

  • Organize and maintain office files and records

  • Answer and direct calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors

  • Assist with supply orders and tracking inventory

  • Provide backup support to other staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable



Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
