A professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Tax Team. This temp-to-hire role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting professional staff with administrative tasks, documentation management, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Track expenses, assist with travel arrangements, and provide general support to professional staff.
- Systems Management: Utilize PeopleSoft for client setup, Agiloft for contract uploads, UserVerse for tax return workflows, and GoSystems for e-filing.
- Document Handling: Draft, edit, proofread, and manage documents via DocuSign.
- Event & Marketing Coordination: Organize logistics for local marketing events and assist in event planning.
- Office Operations: Provide front desk coverage, maintain office and conference rooms, and support printing needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience:
- 3+ years of administrative experience (required)
- Experience in a professional services firm (preferred)
Software Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials (preferred)
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and professional correspondence
- Superior customer service skills with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy
