TEMP TO HIRE 

A professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Tax Team. This temp-to-hire role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting professional staff with administrative tasks, documentation management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Track expenses, assist with travel arrangements, and provide general support to professional staff.
  • Systems Management: Utilize PeopleSoft for client setup, Agiloft for contract uploads, UserVerse for tax return workflows, and GoSystems for e-filing.
  • Document Handling: Draft, edit, proofread, and manage documents via DocuSign.
  • Event & Marketing Coordination: Organize logistics for local marketing events and assist in event planning.
  • Office Operations: Provide front desk coverage, maintain office and conference rooms, and support printing needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience (required)
  • Experience in a professional services firm (preferred)

Software Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials (preferred)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and professional correspondence
  • Superior customer service skills with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
