A global leader in semiconductor and process control solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on support to its Phoenix, AZ team.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)
Contract: 12-month contract
Compensation: $29/hour (W2 only – Sponsorship not available)

Position Summary

In this role, you’ll provide direct administrative support to managers, maintain records, and partner with internal teams to keep service and order-related tasks on track. You’ll interact with customers, generate reports, and help maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct contact with customers to support service activities and track follow-up needs.

  • Support sales and service teams by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM).

  • Process and monitor service requests, quotations, and billing while maintaining accurate records in SAP CRM.

  • Observe and execute defined business processes to ensure compliance with SOX and revenue recognition guidelines.

  • Track and report on service activities, spares backlog, and revenue data for management review.

  • Maintain and update customer information, installed base, and service histories.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and documentation for management and customer review.

  • Assist with end-of-quarter tasks, helping reduce billing cycle times and achieve revenue targets.

  • Provide general administrative support to department managers, including calendar coordination, data entry, and document management.

  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • 2–3 years’ experience in administrative support, order management, or a related role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP CRM or similar systems a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
