A top organization in the insurance and claims management industry is seeking an IT Systems Analyst Specialist to own requirements gathering, documentation, and business analysis efforts for complex, multi-line projects.
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite) or Remote
⏳ Contract: 12-month contract-to-hire
Compensation: $50/hour (W2 only – Sponsorship not available)
Position Summary
As an IT Systems Analyst Specialist, you’ll lead requirements management for large client implementations and strategic projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with project managers, IT, operations, and business teams to analyze user needs, create clear documentation, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives. You’ll also mentor other analysts and champion best practices to elevate team performance.

Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise implementations and multi-line projects.
Facilitate discussions with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure complete understanding of system needs.
Produce high-quality artifacts including process diagrams, wireframes, and report mock-ups while mentoring junior analysts.
Additional Responsibilities
Create and execute requirements management plans for assigned projects.
Partner closely with project managers, operations, and business representatives to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
Translate complex business processes into functional specifications and work with IT to ensure feasibility.
What You Bring
6+ years of related IT systems analysis or business analysis experience.
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred).
Strong knowledge of claims management processes, third-party administration, and enterprise system requirements.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
Analytical mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver results on tight timelines.
