Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay rate: $25/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday Between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 40 hrs per week(30 min unpaid lunch break)
Duration: 3 months with a possibility of extension
Address: 303, George St, New Brunswick, NJ
Duties:
Greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance
Inputting demographics in the system
Answering the phones
Assisting with electronic medical records
Office correspondence
Letters, statements, Filing, archiving and other administrative support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
