Bookkeeper / Real Estate Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

We're looking for a self-starting, motivated, and high-energy person to join our growing property management and real estate investment company!

The right candidate will be willing and ready to take charge and get things done efficiently in a quiet but busy environment. This individual will also be responsible, organized and focused in order to keep up with the rigorous demands of the job. Ethics, morals and integrity are non-negotiable requirements. 

Compensation:

$16 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Total QuickBooks accounting to include A/R, A/P
  • Assisting the CEO as needed, particularly in matters that relate to accounting activities
  • Processing and handling rent payments and collections
  • Marketing properties online
  • Inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Managing buyers, sellers, and tenants
Qualifications:
  • Quickbooks: 2+ years required
  • Previous admin experience: 2+ years required
  • Appfolio experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work alone at times 
  • Self-starting, thorough, and efficient
  • No real estate license required
