Overview
Sentinel Safety & Security Group, LLC is a dynamic strategic ownership group rapidly growing operations in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems. We are looking to expand our team by adding an Administrative Assistant to our corporate office in Appleton, WI.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and the Vice President of Human Resources. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Generate reports for management review.
- Prepare and edit proposals, correspondence, presentations, and other projects.
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Serve as a liaison to internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and/or financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and executive summaries.
- Support budget planning and expense reporting processes.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a finance or corporate environment.
- Industry experience in fire protection or construction.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and reporting.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures.
