Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 / year
Job Description:
Linked Light Pulse is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, supporting management, and ensuring daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and organize files.
- Order office supplies and oversee inventory.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including booking venues and arranging materials.
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
