Recruiting Manager at Green Key Resources
A boutique investment firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their firm and support a team of executives. The role is on-site five days per week. Must have strong calendar management skills and previous experience managing a CRM Database.
Salary range: 80k - 90k base plus bonus eligible
Onsite: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the team
- Handle high-priority phone calls and messages, providing timely and professional responses
- Assist in planning and executing events and important meetings
- Coordinate complex schedules, including internal/external meetings
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system, including meeting contacts, notes, and updates
- Support deal-related matters including correspondence with clients
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience supporting a team, preferably within financial services
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle various tasks and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience maintaining and managing a CRM Database
- Quick learner of new systems and incredibly detail-oriented
