Recruiting Manager at Green Key Resources

A boutique investment firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their firm and support a team of executives. The role is on-site five days per week. Must have strong calendar management skills and previous experience managing a CRM Database.

Salary range: 80k - 90k base plus bonus eligible

Onsite: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the team
  • Handle high-priority phone calls and messages, providing timely and professional responses
  • Assist in planning and executing events and important meetings
  • Coordinate complex schedules, including internal/external meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system, including meeting contacts, notes, and updates
  • Support deal-related matters including correspondence with clients
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous experience supporting a team, preferably within financial services
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle various tasks and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience maintaining and managing a CRM Database
  • Quick learner of new systems and incredibly detail-oriented
