Base pay range
$27.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our San Diego office. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate.
This is a fully on-site role at our San Diego office.
Job Duties
- Serve as secondary support to an executive by assisting and reporting directly to their executive assistant.
- Prepare attorney bar applications.
- Assist with drafting forms for attorney state bar and federal court admissions.
- Provide support to employees utilizing Egencia for work-related travel.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team and Marketing team on event coordination.
- Review and edit expense reports.
- Process mail and billing items.
- Submit mail requests.
- Scan and process outgoing mail.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Provide backup support to C-level staff as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Ability to work on-site daily in the San Diego office.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (experience in a highly confidential environment preferred).
- High proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong independent thinking and research skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Ability to multitask and manage several time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
