Administrative Assistant (Administrative)

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for County Materials at our St Louis, MO location.
Job Duties:
- Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, clerical tasks, and general housekeeping.
- Accurately complete data entry and manage reporting requirements.
- Assist the accounting department with data entry as needed.
- Responsible for purchasing and receiving materials.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Print and prepare documents related to quality control, production, and dispatching.
- File, record, and maintain records.
- Assist HRBP with drug screens, onboarding, disciplinary, and attendance processes.
- Support employee time management and communication with customers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, pre-receive orders, and investigate issues.
- Record purchases, maintain database, perform inventory counts, and reconcile stock reports.
- Resolve purchasing discrepancies.
- Assist walk-in customers as needed.
- Facilitate company luncheons and order team apparel.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Work Environment:
Office setting with outdoor work as needed for inventory.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting frequently; carrying/lifting 10-40 pounds rarely; standing, walking, climbing rarely.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
- Positive, proactive, multi-tasking, self-motivated team player.
