We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations at our Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to executives and departments
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and update company databases
  • Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day office workflow

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
