Job Summary:

The Burrell Behavioral Health team is seeking an experienced, customer service-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Leadership Team. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and sound judgment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an effective planner, and capable of responding efficiently while maintaining flexibility and a good sense of humor. They should possess a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion are essential when handling sensitive information and dealing with senior professionals.

The Administrative Assistant position offers:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple leaders.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and pivot as needed for daily support.
  • Prioritize tasks based on leadership schedules.
  • Perform clerical and secretarial duties as requested.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes if required.
  • Collaborate with leadership, team members, and other administrative staff.
  • Greet visitors, handle mail and correspondence, and manage meeting room bookings.

Experience and Education Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and team objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook (scheduling), Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
