Responsibilities
- Facilitating communication between team members and providing service to customers, vendors and visitors.
- Processing time and materials tickets.
- Data entry, filing, copying and other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
- Providing administrative support for all departments.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.
- Intentionally lives out the company's mission, purpose, and values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years clerical or administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of construction terminology.
- Strong organizational management skills.
- Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office.
