Administrative Assistant role at E&K Companies, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating communication between team members and providing service to customers, vendors and visitors.
  • Processing time and materials tickets.
  • Data entry, filing, copying and other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Providing administrative support for all departments.
  • Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures.
  • Intentionally lives out the company's mission, purpose, and values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years clerical or administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of construction terminology.
  • Strong organizational management skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office.
