Prestigious financial institution seeks a bilingual Japanese Administrative Assistant to support management and marketing staff members.
Responsibilities include:
- Travel arrangement, Meeting arrangement including phone conferences, Video meetings, etc.
- Expense and budget arrangement for the team.
- Create memos and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
- Client list and calendar management.
- New employee onboarding for desks and equipment.
- KYC support.
Requirements:
- 1 year of work experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a corporate environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
