Prestigious financial institution seeks a bilingual Japanese Administrative Assistant to support management and marketing staff members.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Travel arrangement, Meeting arrangement including phone conferences, Video meetings, etc.
  2. Expense and budget arrangement for the team.
  3. Create memos and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  4. Client list and calendar management.
  5. New employee onboarding for desks and equipment.
  6. KYC support.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
