We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and preparing documents. Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Help with the preparation of budgets, financials, and reports.
  2. Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  3. Manage and maintain the office, including inventory, supplies, and records.
  4. Maintain office equipment and facilities.
  5. Handle all customer inquiries.
  6. Keep accurate records and files.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Our requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Skills in office administration.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
