Responsibilities: What You’ll DoSupport Daily Operations : Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and organize calendars to keep the team running smoothly. • Handle Communications : Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency. • Prepare Documents : Create, edit, and organize reports, proposals, and other documents related to residential real estate projects and financial transactions. • Assist with Financial Tasks : Track budgets, prepare basic financial reports, and support coordination with lenders for loans, mortgages, and project financing. • Coordinate Meetings : Arrange meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and follow up on tasks. • Support Projects : Assist with residential project tasks, such as coordinating with vendors, tracking timelines, and organizing documentation. • Maintain Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information, including financial data, with professionalism and discretion. • Manage Office Operations : Oversee office supplies, budgets, and coordination with team members. • Engage with Stakeholders : Act as a point of contact for clients, lenders, and partners, ensuring clear and professional communication. • Tackle Ad Hoc Tasks : Take on additional responsibilities to support the team’s goals. Qualifications: What We’re Looking ForExperience : 2+ years as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related industry, with experience in financial tasks like budgeting or loan processing. • Education : Associate’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). • Skills : • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Clear written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in office productivity, project management, and financial software. • Familiarity with real estate financing, loans, or mortgages is a plus. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Discretion with confidential and financial information.
