About the Role
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- File and maintain safety paperwork in compliance with MSHA regulations
- Procure office and operational supplies to support smooth operations
- Handle intercompany mailings and ensure timely distribution
- Assist with event planning and coordinate travel between sites
- Provide site-specific training for visitors and manage sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Assist with receiving orders
- Perform data entry for operational production and safety records

What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations, or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bonus points for experience in procurement and event planning
