About the Role

  • Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
  • File and maintain safety paperwork in compliance with MSHA regulations
  • Procure office and operational supplies to support smooth operations
  • Handle intercompany mailings and ensure timely distribution
  • Assist with event planning and coordinate travel between sites
  • Provide site-specific training for visitors and manage sign-in/sign-out procedures
  • Assist with receiving orders
  • Perform data entry for operational production and safety records

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of MSHA regulations, or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus points for experience in procurement and event planning
