Key Responsibilities



  • Greet visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

  • Perform data entry and update office records

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Order and organize office supplies

  • Support various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly


Qualifications



  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred

  • Comfortable using computers and basic office software (email, Excel, Word)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and multitasking ability

  • Professional, punctual, and dependable demeanor
