Pay: $16.50 to $18.00 (based on related experience)

Nature of Work:

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Day Program Manager to perform a wide variety of office duties including:

  1. Recording program participants’ daily attendance
  2. Verification of billing and documentation for billing compliance standards
  3. New staff orientation
  4. Monitoring staff training records
  5. Maintaining files regarding accidents and fire drill attendance
  6. Maintaining and updating all day services forms and staff lists
  7. Performing typing, filing, program purchasing
  8. Ensuring all office-related functions are completed as necessary

Maintains a high degree of confidentiality, efficiency, and flexibility, with an understanding of Pathway’s, Inc. Vision, Mission, and Philosophy.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • High School level or Commercial School coursework in typing, bookkeeping, word processing, computers, and/or other office machine training
  • One year secretarial/receptionist experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Health or Social Service field preferred
