Job Scope:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately (Proficient in English and Tamil).
- Perform sales support operations, data entry, and update sales reports.
- Filing and scanning of documents.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain company insurance records, including new applications and renewals.
- Renew/follow up on the company’s motor vehicle road tax and insurance claims.
- Handle Company and Employee accident reports and follow up on claims.
- Order stationery.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail oriented, and deadline focused.
- Flexible and adaptable working style.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Minimum 'O' Level or Higher NITEC/Diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proven administrative or assistant experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MYOB, MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Possess good teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
