Job description

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities

* Assist in project planning, vessel attendances, shipment of equipment/spares.

* Handle import/export procedures and related documentation

* Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate records

* Monitor and order office supplies and spare parts for projects and operations

* Organize filing systems to meet audit and regulatory requirements

* Perform general admin duties (data entry, calls, scheduling, scanning, etc.)

* Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal Sales/Engineering teams to support smooth workflow

* Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

* Computer literate (MS Office proficiency preferred)

* Able to work independently with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Good coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

* Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to liaise with China based colleagues will be a bonus)

* Training provided – Maritime experience will be a bonus

* 5.5 days work week (Flexible arrangements)

* Singaporeans or PR only
