Job Summary
A highly qualified individual with experience in computer and inventory control to meet department projects and goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Training & Support
- Awareness and continuing education on company policies.
- Participates in formal and informal training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Contributes to and updates the inventory database.
- Customer Service Duties.
- Responsible for work order related issues.
- Participate in Team Meetings and Communications.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
- Respond to internal business partners in a courteous manner; escalate as appropriate.
- Follow up on order alerts.
- Track ordered supplies using inventory management tool.
- Tech Support
- Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
- Strong Customer Service Ethic.
- Essential Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across all levels.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 Years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to work on Windows computers or laptops.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for user support
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic experience with Office 365.
