Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for both Presidents
- Coordinate special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Operations and Executive Leadership
Membership & Data Management
- Enter new member applications into association management software and maintain membership database accuracy, including the online directory
- Maintain and update email distribution lists
Program Administration
- Administrative support of technical training program SecureWell.
Office Operations
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proven ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Background check and drug test required
