Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for both Presidents
  • Coordinate special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Operations and Executive Leadership

Membership & Data Management

  • Enter new member applications into association management software and maintain membership database accuracy, including the online directory
  • Maintain and update email distribution lists

Program Administration

  • Administrative support of technical training program SecureWell.

Office Operations

  • Oversee office operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and professionally
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Background check and drug test required
