Client Account Associate Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm
  • Pay Rate: $50-$55K/yr. DOE

Client Account Associate Job Description:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare customized client presentations and pitch materials using PowerPoint with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support non-investment services, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and document coordination.
  • Perform Excel-based tasks such as basic data entry, account summaries, charts, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct research to satisfy client requests.

    Client Account Associate Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • A minimum of one year of related business experience within the legal, accounting, or financial services industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • General financial knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, Adobe Pro experience a plus
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
