How would you contribute to a global team focused on commerce technologies and provide on-the-ground support within the Redmond office?

How comfortable are you with fast-paced environments and working with executives?

Are you experienced in calendar management and can you make decisions on behalf of leaders to ensure meeting requests meet time management priorities?

Are you able to coordinate domestic and international travel logistics?

Can you effectively collaborate with other admins on the team and provide team support?

Summary of the opportunity:

Client Overview: We are hiring for a global technology company based in Redmond, WA.

Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Commerce Customer Enablement and contribute to the team's success in the Redmond office. This role offers the opportunity to work in a brand-new space alongside a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain a complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and organization

- Make decisions on behalf of LT/Leadership members to prioritize meeting requests

- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics

- Coordinate scheduling and logistics of team meetings, events, and offsites

- Provide team support, including budget management, headcount management, morale events, and DL management

- Track budgets and expenses in a compliant and timely manner

- Manage space coordination with guidance from the Lead Executive Administrator

- Exhibit self-motivation, effective communication, and professionalism at all times

- Work independently and adapt to a fluctuating work environment

Experience we are looking for to drive success:

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in calendar management

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment

- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with executives

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience with Microsoft

- Previous experience in an administrative role
